  If you want terrific food every time this IS the place to go. One of our favorite places when in New Haven. Robin provides great service.

  Cute dining room but that's about it. :( Very disappointing meals for all four of us dining here. Portions are small and served with zero presentation. The salad was good but you better like arugula because it was the only green on the plate. The bread is too heavy and doughy, the linguine and clams was so bland I kept adding grated cheese and salt. The cockles are just too small and certainly not as flavorful as little necks. Two in our party got the pork cutlets which were small and over done. When i asked for a glass of Merlot our server told us they only had a red blend and since three of us were drinking that he asked if we wanted a bottle which seemed the smart thing to do. The wine was nothing special and what a surprise when the bill came and that mediocre red blend was $50.!! A heads up on the price would have been nice. I gave it one star because the best part of the meal was the very tasty coconut bites. I won't ever eat here again and it was a very expensive lesson is learning where not to eat.
